How should you manage your accounts the "VM Way"?
- Don't manually deactivate accounts or permits. Set the permit end date (even if it is in the past). This will immediately block the use of the car in the garage. The nightly account maintenance process will deactivate the permit and account automatically as appropriate.
- Create new accounts in the back office using the Monthly-> Sign Up tool. This will create standard parking accounts in a very simple, user-friendly manner.
