Creating a GarageAccount link to a MonthlyAccount for a User

In order to link a User with a MonthlyAccount you need to know the accountNumber and either billing email address, billing phone number, or one of the vehicle license plates on the account.

You should confirm with the user via the "test" endpoint that the current account is the correct account to link.

After confirmation in the UI you should then link the account:
