When can I cancel my reservation?
A booked reservation may be cancelled in one of two scenarios:
1. Reservations may be cancelled from the Reservations tab of your account and the payment method used to create the reservation will be refunded. Cancellation is available until 15 minutes before the appointed reservation entry time.
2. After the 15 minute cancellation grace period, and before redeeming the reservation at the garage, apply for a cancellation and refund from the Contact Us section of the reservation website.
What if I've already used my reservation at the garage?
Once a reservation has been redeemed at a garage, full refunds are no longer possible. You may dispute extra fees or overages charges by requesting a partial refund from the Contact Us section of the reservation website.
