After each step, print a test ticket to verify if the step resolved the issue. If not, proceed to the next step.
- Confirm paper is loaded correctly and rolls freely.
- Check and clean black mark sensor.
- Load paper roll from a new box of tickets.
- Re-pair ticket printer with POS as follows:
- Start at Home Screen
- Click on button MENU
- Click on button SETTINGS
- Click on list item Printers & Peripherals
- Click on button FIND TICKET PRINTERS
- Follow any dialog messages as presented.
- Replace ticket printer with new unit.
