1. Press Menu->Test Ticket to check if printer is working. Printing a full ticket may be necessary to see any skipping or multi-segment issues. Clear the printer of any debris, paper dust, etc. The sensor must be wiped clean in order to sense the timing bar properly.
2.Press Menu->Settings->Printers & Peripherals->Find Ticket Printers. This should re-pair the printer.
3. If not, perform a network reset of the ticket printer (https://help.valet-manager.com/a/solutions/articles/8000078905-reset-network-settings-on-gk420dhttps://help.valet-manager.com/en/support/solutions/articles/8000073132-factory-reset-zd410-printer). After the printer has restarted, attempt to re-pair the printer with the POS as in step 2.
4. If this doesn't work, unplug any external modem or router from the VM router and then power cycle the VM router, wait 3min and then power cycle the VM POS and ticket printer.
5. After waiting an additional minute, attempt to re-pair the ticket printer with the POS (step 2). If this fails, the ticket printer should be swapped with a different unit.
