Printer Settings
Confirm that the printer settings are correct:
1. Media Type - Gap/Notch
2. Print Method - Thermal Transfer
3. Print Mode - Tear Off
4. Sensor Mode - Transmissive Sensor
Calibration
After confirming the settings above, perform the Zebra Calibration as attached. This calibration routine is compatible with both the ZT220 and ZD500R label printers.
