If you are unable to configure/set up a PAX S300 terminal, you should factory reset the terminal using the following directions:
- Unplug terminal and plug back in.
- Hold down menu button at boot-up.
- Select "Remote Download" (#4)
- Select "New Download" (#1)
- Select "TCP" (#1)
- Enter "50.79.90.190" as Remote IP
- Enter "8001" as Remote Port
- Enable DHCP (1). YES
- Enter Terminal ID 30030030.
