1. Exit the VM app by pressing the home and power buttons on the lower right hand corner of the ELO unit.
2. Access the Apps page of the ELOview UI.
3. Select the File Explorer App. DONOTINSTALL ANY UPDATES WHEN PROMPTED.
4. Navigate to Home -> Android -> data -> com.valet_manager.pointofsale -> files -> pax
5. This folder contains the error logs files for the Pax S300, one file per day. Retrieve the desired files or obtain pictures of the logs by opening each desired file and taking a picture of the screen.
