On the Valet Manager Provider site, click on Open Tickets under the CUSTOMER INFO section of the left side menu.
Select the desired Garage from the drop down menu at the top of the screen.
Navigate/search for the ticket number.
Select the desired ticket to open the ticket's information pane. Click Edit and Close Ticket.
