Producing Monthly Discount Cards
On the VM provider site, click on CUSTOMER INFO -> Monthly to access the list of garages. Select the desired garage.
Select the desired accounts, and click PRINT SELECTED ID CARDS. This will produce a PDF document with 2 pages per Monthly account selected. The first page contains the name and account information, and the second page is the QR code.
Each set of pages prints on one card.
Producing VIP Discount Cards
On the VM provider site, click on VIP CARDS -> Users to access the list of VIP accounts.
Select the desired accounts, and click PRINT SELECTED ID CARDS. This will produce a PDF document with 2 pages per VIP account selected. The first page contains the name and account information, and the second page is the QR code.
Each set of pages prints on one card.
Printing The PDF Output
Valet Manager recommends and can only guarantee full usability with the ZXP 3 Series of Zebra ID Card Printers.
Once installed, the ZXP 3 printer will appear as an option in any document print interface, provided that the printer is set up on the same network as the computer issuing the print command.
Open the PDF document for the desired cards, and print the document with the ZXP 3 as the selected printer.
For optimal quality, set the printer settings as shown in the images below.
