On certain browser and network settings, the below emails need to be white-listed in order to receive notices, warnings, and other automated communication from Valet Manager:

support@valet-manager.com
If either of these email addresses is continually being flagged or sent to spam, try any or all the following steps to address the issue.
White-listing in Gmail
- Add the email(s) to your contacts list
- Locate the email in a spam or junk folder and mark them asNot spam.
- Create a filter for the email
- Click the gear icon forSettings in Gmail
- Click Filters and blocked addresses tab
- ClickCreate an new filter
- Add the email address(es) in 'From' field
- ClickCreate filter
- On the next window, clickNever send it to Spam
- ClickCreate filter again to finish the dialog
White-listing in Outlook
- Click the cog forMore mail settings
- ClickSafe and blocked senders, thenSafe senders
- Add the domain name onto the list (@valet-manager.com, in this case)
- On theSafe and blocked senders window, clickSafe mailing lists
- Add the specific email addresses onto this list
