If the garage location issues tickets for monthly customers, simply scan the customer's claim check to proceed with closing the ticket.
If the garage does NOT issue tickets for monthly customers, select the Open Tickets button on the Home Screen.
Select the Monthly tab.
Locate and select the desired open customer ticket.
Select Confirm to confirm closing of the monthly ticket.
