To add, remove, or change hotel assignment on an open ticket, select Open Tickets from the Home screen. If a ticket already has a hotel assigned to it, the name of the hotel will be visible in the list.
Adding a Hotel to a Ticket
Find the desired ticket from the list, select it, and select Edit Car Info to bring up the car details. Select the green Add Hotel button. On the popup window, select the hotel name, then enter the hotel room number, guest name, and hotel ticket number as needed. Select Continue once you are finished. Select the Home button in the upper left hand corner of the screen to return to the Home screen.
Removing a Hotel from a Ticket
Find the desired ticket from the list, select it, and select Edit Car info to bring up the car details. Select the red Remove Hotel button to remove the hotel information from the ticket.
Change Hotel Information for a Ticket
Find the desired ticket from the list, select it, and select Edit Car info to bring up the car details. Click on the gray button displaying the hotel name to change the hotel assignment (only if there is more than one hotel available for the garage). Click on the gray hotel room button or hotel ticket number button to change those values respectively.
