Downloading Shift Report PDFs
For locations that make use of sequential bag numbers for cash deposits, it is possible to retrieve a shift report associated with a specific bag number.
On the Valet Manager provider website, go to REPORTS -> Shift Reports on the left side menu of the main page.
Select the desired garage from the Garage dropdown menu. The date does not need to be specified, as it isn't used the bag search feature.
Type the desired bag number in the Skim/Bank Search line, then click DOWNLOAD PDF to obtain a copy of the shift which contains the bag number. If the resulting PDF download contains no information or is blank, the system was not able to find a matching bag among the shift reports for the selected garage.
No Matches Found
If the bag number search does not produce any shift reports, it is possible that no bag was scanned or a different name/number was typed into the bag number field. The Skim/Bank Drops report can be used as a cross-reference in this situation. This report is accessed via REPORTS -> Skim/Bank Drops.
On this page, select the desired garage from the dropdown menu, and a ~2-week date range that is likely to include the bag in question. Click DOWNLOAD CSV to generate a csv file with all the bag drops for the selected garage for the given time frame.
From the generated csv file, perform a search for a partial match of the bag number (in the case of a mis-typed bag number) or an exact match of the dollar value of the bag in question (in the case of a bag number not scanned).
